Dinardo Brothers Entertainment

Based upon recommendations from friends and on the SJ Knot, we decided to use DiNardo Brothers as our DJ. After meeting with them we later decided to ask for Mike DiNardo – one of the owners. While we did have to pay more for him, we are so glad we made the decision to do so!! We had several cultural happenings during our reception and Mike was very accommodating and was familiar with Chinese Tea ceremonies and the such.

We were so worried that nobody would be dancing and it turned out to be the complete opposite! Our dance floor was constantly packed!!! The entire time!! At one point we also had the train going to C’mon N’ Ride It and it snaked around the whole ballroom and around back to the “caboose”.

Also to note is that DiNardo Brothers was very accommodating in bringing a 2nd set up for our cocktail hour music in a different room. I don’t even remember where or how it was set up as so much was a blur to me that day. We had them playing Vitamin String Quartet renditions of popular songs.

While DiNardo Brothers may be more pricey than some of the other DJ companies out there, they were great! There was no cheesiness and everything was included – 2nd setup for cocktail hour, lights, and even props if we wanted them. Our DJ decision was one of the best we made for our wedding!

We just want to thank you for having Jon Strout at our wedding on July 26, 2008. We had a blast!

Our reception was from 5-10 pm at the Holiday Inn Select in Bridgeport, NJ. We wanted Jon to use his judgment to select songs for cocktail hour as well as the reception. He did a wonderful job choosing songs our guests truly enjoyed. During dinner, we selected the songs we wanted to hear and Jon played every single one in the perfect order. He was extremely professional and organized, which put us at ease so we could enjoy our day.

One of the reasons we decided to have our reception at the Holiday Inn Select is because they had entertainment at the bar for our guests to enjoy after the reception. We were notified just days before our wedding that there would not be any entertainment at the bar after our wedding. Needless to say, we were very upset so we decided to ask Jon to stay longer and play at the bar. He enthusiastically agreed and we had a blast until 2 am! The energy Jon produced that night was something so unique that it is hard to describe in words. All we know is that every guest we see tells us it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. We have Jon to thank for that and we will forever be grateful for having him contribute to the greatest day of our lives!

The whole experiences was wonderful. Everyone that we dealt with was first class. At my wedding reception the guests were dancing and excited.
I have never seen most of those people move like that. After the wedding we got so many phone calls asking who were our DJs and raving on how
amazing they were. There vioces were perfect and gave me all the attention I needed and wanted. As soon as I arrived at my reception I
told the DJ that I wanted to sing a song, "On the Radio" by Donna Summers. The DJ played the song and I practiced a little. They dealt with that

I have to thank you for making my wedding day a dream! We faced a few challenges with a small wedding, only about 80 guests which took place during brunch at Auletto Caterers on Sunday August 12th. I worried that the event wouldn't have that "party" feel because it was during the day. I voiced my concerns to you guys and my DJ's and they were well received. The dance floor NEVER cleared the whole day. These amazing young men incorporated ALL my crazy requests while playing all the right music to keep everyone having fun. The ceremony music was a dream! They adjusted easily to changes in line ups and accommodated last minute announcements as if they had known the whole time. They were polite, funny, caring and so concerned that I had what I wanted on "my day." My family and I went to the Kovac's Wedding and we had a great time. The place was beautiful but we all know that the music makes the party. I just have to let you know how INCREDIBLE Anthony Passante was at our March 6th wedding. We had an issue with a power outage...and in the dark, with a loud voice, Anthony got the bridal party together, got the crowd pumped and we were introduced. He was great. Once the site decided that having a generator may be a good idea (DUH!), he got the dinner music going and immediately after dinner...it was Dance Party!! Props were passed out and people were moving. It didn't stop the whole night. People are raving about him, still! When my 80 year old grandmother writes me a letter saying the DJ was marvelous...that is something. And the pictures of my grandfather with the "chief" hat dancing with my "sailor" grandmother will forever be a part of our wedding memories. Just wanted to thank you and Anthony for a fabulous job! He saved our wedding! I have plugged him/you on the knot.com and will continue to do so! Also, friends that are recently engaged are already asking about him. Thanks again!

Our wedding was on October 7 this year and Paul Dintino was our DJ. We cannot say enough good things about him! We got more compliments on the DJ than we can even tell you! Everyone was impressed with everything from the choice of dinner music to Paul teaching everyone dances. The props were a huge hit too! We have never seen a dance floor at a wedding as packed as ours was. It was crowded from the first dance all the way to the last dance. We saw people dance that we've never seen dance before! I can't leave for my honeymoon without first letting you know how awesome John was at our wedding last night at Pine Hill! I don't think my wedding would have been half as great if we'd had anyone else. He really made our party fantastic! I've already heard from a lot of my guests and they all mention that they loved the dj.
When I first started planning my wedding, my mother in law pushed for a band. I wanted a dj. After meeting you, I knew it was DiNardo Bros. I
knew that your company was going to be good but John blew us away. My husband and I are both very impressed. I applaud him for being patient with our bridal party when it was time to do the intros; our group is already a little on the ADD side and pretty drunk. He was great getting everyone lined up and instructing us on what to do.
He was wonderful about keeping things going, playing the right songs at the right time. We had picked a few interesting intro songs for our bridal
party and he was great about making some last minute changes when he couldn't find any tasteful spots in the music to play the intro. Apparently "wanna be a gangsta" from the Office Space soundtrack is mainly cursing.
John was such a great dj that I wish I could have another party just to have him work it! He had a great sense of what to play and when. If you ever

The wedding was fabulous because of the DJ! You did a fantastic job. The music was such a great mix that everyone was up dancing. You got people up to dance that I haven't seen dance in ages. My husband and I moved to New York a year ago from the Philadelphia area and I work in the city - downtown before September 11th across from the World Trade Center. I was in the middle of the tragic events on the 11th, only 11 days before our wedding day, which added some additional stress on top of the normal wedding week stress. One of the most touching moments at our reception, which was captured in our video, was when Jon lined all our guests on the dance floor, women on the left – men to the right. Then asked for a moment of silence before he played New York, New York. This song had a special place in my heart before September 11th and even more after. We were very touched by his gesture and will forever treasure our special memories!
